VISTO the arrival in the country of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of RUMANIA, D. Andrei Gabriel PLESU and comitiva, between 17 and 19 November 1998, as recommended by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO, and .

CONSIDERING:

That the Declaration of Official Guests should be part of the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Official hosts of the Argentine Government, Mr. Minister for Foreign Affairs of RUMANIA, Mr. Andrei Gabriel PLESU, and comitiva, will be deferred during his stay in the Republic from 17 to 19 November 1998.

Art. 2°-Appropriate from the budget for jurisdiction 35-MINISTERY OF FOREIGN RELATIONS, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO-for the year 1998, the expenses derived from this Decree.
