VISTO the Agreement provided by the HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NATION at its meeting of 18 November 1998; the provisions of article 5 of Law 20.957 of the Foreign Service of the Nation and the vacancy in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and CULTO; and

CONSIDERING

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to dispose of the matter in accordance with the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Name in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO, an official of the category "A" Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, to Mr. Luis Santos CASALE (M. I. N° 5. 140.999), in accordance with article 5 of Law 20.957 of the Foreign Service of the Nation.

Art. 2° - The expenditure resulting from the implementation of this Decree shall be charged to the specific provisions of the budget of the Ministry.
