VISTO Decrees No. 138 of 30 January 1998 and 479 of 4 May 1998 and

CONSIDERING:

to the SECRETARY for Social Development of the PRESIDENCE OF THE NATION endorses the report submitted by the current stage of the Intervention of the NATIONAL COUNCIL of the LESSOR and the FAMILY, which sets out the actions carried out to remedy the objections formulated in a timely manner by the governing bodies of the control systems of Law No. 24.156.

That the functional modifications made in the critical arks of the NATIONAL COUNCIL of the LESSOR and FAMILY have extinguished the grounds that motivated the dictation of Decrees No. 138/ 98 and 479/98, it is appropriate to proceed with the normalization of the said Agency.

It is therefore necessary to designate the authorities of the NATIONAL COUNCIL of the LESSOR and the FAMILY, as stipulated by Decree No. 1606 of 22 August 1990.

That the present measure is given in the use of the emerging powers of Article 99, paragraphs 1 and 7 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA DECRETA NATION:

Article 1-The intervention of the NATIONAL COUNCIL of the MENOR AND FAMILY, a decentralized body under the SECRETARIAT for SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE, provided for in Decree No. 138/98, was completed.

Art. 2°-End the work of Interventor Dr. Alejandro Cayetano MOLINA (D.N.I. No. 4.430.407) and Subinterventor Dr. Juan Carlos RIVERO (D.N.I. No. 8.263.604).

Art. 3°-Designate Dr. Alejandro Cayetano MOLINA (D.N.I. No. 4.430.407) as President of the National Council of the LESSOR AND FAMILY, with all the powers and duties set out in Decree No. 1606/90, assigning him rank and rank of Assistant Secretary.

Art. 4°-Commend Dr. Alejandro Cayetano MOLINA proposes and develops the necessary actions for the purpose of seeking the definitive composition of the NATIONAL COUNCIL of the LESSOR and the FAMILY, in a whole according to the provisions of Article 4 of Decree No. 1606/90.

Art. 5°-Default of Decrees No. 138 of 30 January 1998 and 479 of 4 May 1998.
