CONDECORATIONS Decree 1380/98 Approved an Act by which decorations were made to personalities of Japan. Bs. As., 26/11/98 B.O: 4/12/98

VISTO is established by Decree-Law No. 16,629 of 17 December 1957, ratified by Law No. 14.467, establishing the "Word of the Lord", and

CONSIDERING:

That the Order Council has agreed to the proposal to decorate personalities of the JAPON, who have become creditors to the honour and recognition of the Nation.

It is up to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to issue the supplementary approval measure provided for in article 6 of Decree Law No. 16.629 of 17 December 1957, ratified by Law No. 14.467.

Therefore;

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1—Approve the Act of the Council of the "ORDEN DE MAYO", subscribes on 26 August 1998 by which the decoration of the "ORDEN DE MAYO TO MERITO" is agreed, to the personalities of the JAPON, to the degree of GRAN CRUZ, to the Executive Chairman of the Japanese Committee Organizer of the Centenary Amistad between Japan and Argentina, D. Shinroku MORO Hiroko MATOBA; Mr. Secretary General of the Association Nipón-Argentina, D. Toru WATANABE; Mr. Director of the Okita Foundation and Member of the Association Nipón-Argentina, D. Shinichiro KOBAYASHI and Mr. Secretary General of the Japanese Committee Organizer of the Centenary and Member of the Association Nipón-Argentina, D. Shigeji SAIKI Yukiko WATANABE.

Art. 2°—Exempt the corresponding diplomas, in accordance with article 19 of the Regulation of the "ORDEN DF MAYO" adopted by Decree No. 16,644 of 18 December 1957.
