CONSIDERING:

That Dr. Alicia Enriqueta Carmen RUIZ has presented her resignation from the position of NATIONAL JUDGE OF FIRST INSTANCE OF THE WORK OF THE FEDERAL CAPITAL, JUZGADO N° 18.

That it is necessary to proceed to their acceptance.

That the present is given in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 4, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

No. 5,204,687), to the position of NATIONAL JUDGE OF FIRST INSTANCE OF THE WORK OF THE FEDERAL CAPITAL, JUZGADO N° 18.
