VISTO the resignation presented by Engineer D. Juan José CIACERA to the position of Second Vocal of the Board of Directors of the REGULAR ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF AEROPUERTOS (ORSNA), autarchical entity in the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economy and Public Works and Services, and

CONSIDERING:

That in the light of the VISTO, it is appropriate to accept the resignation of that official.

That for the normal functioning of the entity in question, it is necessary to appoint the staff member to perform that position.

That in accordance with article 18 of Decree No. 375/97, the Governors of the Provinces in which airports are located that make up the NATIONAL SYSTEM of AEROPUERTOS have proposed that the designation take place in D. Florencio TENEV.

That the present is given in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the National Constitution.

No. 6.883.634) to the position of Second Vocal of the Directory of the REGULAR ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF AEROPUERTOS (ORSNA), autarchical entity in the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Economy and Public Works and Services. Art. 2o- Second Vocal of the Directory of the REGULAR ORGANIZATION OF THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF AEROPUERTOS (ORSNA), an autonomous entity within the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Transport of the Ministry of Economy and Public Works and Services to D.
