VISTO the NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION BUDGET for the year 1998 approved by Law No. 24,938 circulated by Administrative Decision No. 6 of 6 January 1998 and,

CONSIDERING:

That Subjurisdiction 45 - 21 General MAJOR STATE OF THE EXERCISE, has necessitated in a substantiated form additional allocations of credits intended to meet imposterable costs.

That it is the obligation of the NATIONAL TESORO to implement the necessary financing mechanisms with such objective.

That there are greater resources with specific impact on the calculations in the area of subjurisdiction 45-20 MINISTERY DEFENSA.

That these resources originate in dividends from participations in companies in the area and privatizations.

That much of them comes from remnants of previous years and are credited with sufficient balances in the NATIONAL TESORO single account.

In view of the above-mentioned obligation, it is necessary to use the authority of the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER set out in article 44 of Act No. 11.672 (T. 1997) to affect the financial surplus for General Rent.

That the present measure is determined in the use of the powers conferred by articles 99 (1) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION, 44 of Act No. 11.672 COMPLEMENTARY PERMANENT BUDGET (T. 1997) and 14 and 57 of Act No. 24,938 on the BUDGET OF NATIONAL ADMINISTRATION.

Therefore,

Article 1 Please provide a contribution to the National Treasury of PESOS TRECE MILLONES QUINIENTS SESENTAY OCHO MIL ($ 13,568,000) in accordance with article 44 of Law No. 11.672 (t. 1997), which will be entered into the same within the time limits determined by the SECRETARIAT of the MINISTERIO OF ECONOMY. Art. 2o- Mobilize the BUDGET OF ADMINISTRATION NATIONAL approved for the year 1998, according to the detail in tables annexed to this article that are an integral part of it.
