VISTO Issue No. 750-001406/98 of the Register of the MINISTERY of ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES, and

CONSIDERING:

That by Decree No. 841 of 20 July 1998, the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER has been instructed to the HONORABLE CONGRRESS OF NATION for the purpose of this transfer to the Commission referred to in Article 59 of Law No. 24,065, the person to be appointed as the Third Vocal of the Directory of the NATIONAL ENTER OF ELECTRICITY (ENGY),

That the BICAMERAL RECONVERSION OF THE ELECTRIC INDUSTRIA of the HONORABLE CONGRESO OF THE NATION, has issued a favorable opinion regarding the designation of Engineer Daniel MUGUERZA as the Third Vocal of the Directory of the NATIONAL ENTER REGULADOR OF ELECTRICITY (ENRE).

All and all requirements required by Act No. 24,065 are met.

That the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has taken the appropriate intervention.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is entitled to the dictation of this act under the provisions of Articles 58 and 59 of Act No. 24.065.
