FINANCIAL HEALTH INSTITUTE FOR PAYMENT OF MILITARY RETIRES AND PENSIONS Decree 1427/98. Bs. As., 9/12/98 B.O: 14/12/98

VISTO proposed by the Chief of Staff of the Army, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

Mr. General de Brigada (R) D. Carlos Alberto DALLA TEA, appointed by Decree No. 1577 of 07 September 1994 as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the FINANCIAL HEALTH FOR PAYMENT OF RETIRES AND MILITARY PENSIONS, expires on 31 March 1999, with the mandate to be exercised by a Senior Navy Officer.

That for the purposes of the constitution of the Board of Directors of the Institute in accordance with the regulations in force, it is necessary to appoint a Senior Officer of the Army to serve as Director for a new period of law.

That this act is given in the use of the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 8 of Law 22.919.

Therefore,

Article 1 As Director of the FINANCIAL HEALTH INSTITUTE FOR THE PAYMENT OF MILITARY RETIRES AND PENSIONS, from April 1, 1999 for the period of law that expires on March 31, 2003, to Mr. General de Brigada (R) D.
