MILITAR PERSON Decree 1409/98 Appointment of Military, Naval and Aeronautical Attachment to the Embassy of the Republic in Canada, in "permanent commission". Bs. As., 7/12/98 B.O: 15/12/98

VISTO is informed by the Chief of the Joint Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

It is necessary to appoint the Military, Naval and Aeronautical Attachment to the Embassy of the REPUBLICARGENTINA in CANADA, in replacement of Colonel D. Guillermo Alberto SEVILLA, who was appointed by Decree No. 1439 of 29 December 1997.

Attentive to the rotation regime established by the Armed Forces to cover such charges, it is incumbent on this opportunity to appoint a member of the ARGENTINA ARMADA.

That the present measure is in accordance with Article 10 of the Organic Law of Foreign Service No. 20,957.

Article 1 As of January 15, 1999, in "permanent commission" and by the term of SETECIENTOS SESENTA (760) wings, to Mr.Captain of Navio D. Ricardo Enrique JOLLY (DNI No. 7,802.707), as Agregado de Defensa y Agregado Militar, Naval y Aeronáutico a la Embajada de la REPUBLICA ARGENTINA en CANADA. Art. 2o- Erogations arising from the implementation of this Decree shall be met by budgetary provisions assigned to the Jurisdiction 4522 - General MAJOR STATE OF THE ARMED. Art. 3o- The relevant passports will be issued by the NATIONAL DIRECTION OF CEREMONIAL. Art. 4o- Contact, post, give to the National Directorate of the Official Register and archvese. - MENEM.
