EXTERIOR SERVICE Decree 1440/98: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Japan. Bs. As., 10/12/98 B.O: 17/12/98

VISTO is proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and CULTO, and

CONSIDERING:

That in due course the Government of JAPON granted the style placet to Mr. Alfredo Vicente CHIARADIA, for his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic in that country.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to dispose of the matter, in accordance with the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic to JAPON, Mr. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary D. Alfredo Vicente CHIARADIA (M.I. No. 4.449.414), who is due on 1 March 1999. Art. 2o- Expenditures for compliance with this Decree shall be charged to the specific provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
