VISTO Resolution No. 1575 of 15 December 1998 of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES AND

CONSIDERING:

That by the Resolution quoted in the Hittite, Engineer D. José SANZ presented his resignation from the position of Assistant Secretary of Energy of the SECRETARIAT OF ENERGIA of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES.

It is appropriate to designate its replacement.

That the National Executive Power is empowered to issue this act under the powers conferred by Article 99, paragraph 7 of the National Constitution.

Therefore,
