VISTO was informed by the NATIONAL DIRECTION OF GENDARMERIA, which was proposed by the Minister of the Interior, and

CONSIDERING:

That this measure fits into the provisions of Article 70, of Law 19,349 of NATIONAL GENDARMERY, as amended by Article 1 of Law 20,677.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 -Please provide the highest immediate grade, dated 31 December 1998, to the NATIONAL GENDARMERY Senior Staff mentioned in Annex I, which is an integral part of this Decree.
