IMPOSITIONAL GENERAL DIRECTION

Please note the level of remuneration for the position of Inspector General, established by Decree 896/96.

VISTO Issue No. 251.996/96 of the Register of General IMPOSITTIVE DIRECTION, Agency dependent on MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, through which the remuneration level for the General Inspector's Charge is established, and

CONSIDERING:

That Decree No. 896 of 1 August 1996 approved the new organizational structure of the IMPOSTITIVE GENERAL DIRECTION, an agency dependent on the MINISTERY of ECONOMY and ARTWORKS and PUBLIC SERVICES, up to the level of Subdirectorate General.

That the Act established that for the promotion and maintenance of the integrity of the Agency ' s management, the Director-General shall be assisted by an Inspector-General, assistance to be fulfilled by a staff member belonging to his Permanent Plant.

Attentive to the nature of the functions assigned to that office, it is appropriate to recognize the same level of remuneration equivalent to that of the Assistant Directors General of the aforementioned General Directorate.

Consequently, the provisions of article 5 of Decree No. 897 of 1 August 1996 are to be terminated by which the retribution of the official appointed in the position of Inspector General shall be determined by article 4 thereof.

That the present is given by virtue of the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER by Article 99, Subparagraph 1 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

RIGHT:

Article 1.- The official of the IMPOSITIVE GENERAL DIRECTION, Agency under the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, who exercises the position of Inspector General created by Decree No. 896 of 1 August 1996, will continue to perceive his remuneration in accordance with his permanent magazine situation in the same category, to which the corresponding position will be added: "Representation fees"

Art. 2o.- Article 5 of Decree No. 897 of 1 August 1996 shall be discontinued as of its validity.
