Members of the Board. Liquidator in Argentinian Railways (e.l.).

VISTO Decree No. 1383 of 29 November 1996 and

CONSIDERING:

That by Article 1 of the decree was created the NATIONAL ENTERATION OF ADMINISTRATION OF FERROVIARY BIENES (ENABIEF) as an autopsy entity within the scope of the SECRETARIAT OF PUBLIC ARTS AND TRANSPORT OF THE MlNISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES.

That Article 12 of the aforementioned decree establishes that such a NATIONAL ENTE shall be led by a Board of CINCO (5) members whose positions shall be President, Vice President and THREE (3) Vocals, who shall be appointed by the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER and shall last four (4) years in their functions, and may be renewed their mandates.

It is necessary to designate the members of the board of the aforementioned NATIONAL ENTE.

That the lords Don Matías Lucas ORDOÑEZ, Don Víctor Hugo JUKIC, Don Oscar Ariel MARTINEZ, Don Roque Antonio GIMENEZ and Don Carlos Alberto PRES, give fulfillment to the requirement of suitability necessary to carry out the charges to cover in the mentioned Directory.

That Article 14 of Decree No. 1383/96 provides that the members of the Board shall have full dedication in their function.

That Decree No. 1039 of 7 July 1995 appointed Liquidator in FERROCARRILES ARGENTINOS (e. l.) to Don Matías Lucas ORDOÑEZ.

As a result, it is appropriate to appoint a new Liquidator in FERROCARRILES ARGENTINOS (e. l.), proposing to this post to Don Jorge Omar GORJON.

That the present measure is determined in the use of the powers conferred by Article 99, paragraph 7 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Article 1-Done as members of the board of the NATIONAL ENTE DE ADMINISTRACION DE BIENES FERROVIARIOS (ENABIEF) to the following people: President, Don Matías Lucas ORDOÑEZ (L. E. N° 7.597.874) Vice-President, Doctor Víctor Hugo JUKIC (DNI No. 6.134.366); Vocalmen Oscar Ariel MARTINEZ (DNI).

Art. 2°-Liquidator in FERROCARRILES ARGENTINOS (e. l.) to the Public Accountant Don Jorge Omar GORJON (L.E.5.064.680) to replace Don Matías Lucas ORDONEZ, who was appointed by Decree No. 1039 of 7 July 1995.
