VISTO is established in Acts 20,126 and 24,629, and in Decree No. 281 of 22 February 1993, 476 of 4 April 1995 and 1403 of 3 December 1996 and the proposal made by the SECRETARIAT for NATURAL RESOURCES AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, and

CONSIDERING:

That Decree 1403/96, in the framework of Law 24,629 on State Reform, approved the organizational structure of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR WATER AND ENVIRONMENT (former NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND HIDRICAL TECHNICALS), a decentralized agency of the SECRETARIAN OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND SUSTENTABLE DEVELOPMENT.

That according to the structure of the said Institute it is necessary to designate superior authorities of the Institute, so it is advisable to ratify the officials who exercised the conduct of the former NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HIGHCIENCE AND TECHNICAL, according to the proposed.

That the present is given in the exercise of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION and article 6 of Law 20.126.

Therefore,

Art. 2°-Vice-President of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR WATER AND ENVIRONMENT, to the Engineer Eduardo Antonio SCHIAPPACASSE (L. E. N° 7.665.278).

Art. 3°-The expenditure that demands the implementation of this Decree shall be charged to the credits assigned to the specific provisions of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF WATER AND ENVIRONMENT.
