VISTO the displacement of the Minister of Economy and Public Works and Services. Doctor D. Roque Benjamín FERNANDEZ, to the city of Brasilia-REPUBLICA FEDERATIVA DEL BRASIL-on 2 April 1997, and

CONSIDERING:

That it is necessary to adopt the corresponding precautions in order to ensure the normal fulfillment of the responsibilities of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, while the holder is absent.

That the present is given in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

Article 1-As long as the absence of its headline lasts, the Minister of Labour and Social Security, Dr. José Armando, will be internly responsible for the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES. CARO FIGUEROA.
