Please refer to the Argentine Naval Prefecture, to control the payment of the toll rates in the Troncal Navigable Way granted by Decree No. 253/95.

VISTO Issue No. 201.165/95 of the registration of the ex-DIRECCION NACIONAL DE CONSTRUCTIONS PORTUARIA AND VIAS NAVEGABLES under the ex-SUBSECRETARIAT OF PUERTS AND NAVEGABLE VIAS of the ex-SECRETARIA DE TRANSPORTE of the MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA AND ARTH

CONSIDERING:

That in Article 1 of Decree No. 253/95, the National and International Public Licitation was adjudicated by the Public Work for Toll Concession Regime. For the Modernization, Expansion, Operation and Maintenance of the Signaling System and Tasks of Redragado and Maintenance of the Troncal Sailing road at enterprise risk and without state endorsement, including between the km 584 of the RIO PARANA, outer section of access to the port of SANTA FE and the zone of natural deep waters in the RIO DE LA PLATA exterior to the height of the kilometer 205,3 of the Canal PUNT - KOCOUREK S.A. C.I.F. and I. HORACIO O. ALBANO INGENIERIA AND CONSTRUCTIONS S.A.C.I.F.I. and EMEPA S.A.

That by Article 3 of Decree No. 253/95, the Contract of Concession and its Annexes are approved.

That in the Concession Contract, Article 10 states that the Police Power of Navigation shall be exercised by the NAVAL ARGENTINA PREFECTURA, corresponding to it the responsibility of the management of the traffic in the navigable road concessed according to the Nros Laws. 18,398 and 2,0.094 and Decree No. 4516 of 16 May 1973 and its amendments (REGINAVE).

That this measure is determined in the use of the powers emanating from Article 99, paragraph (1) of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT

OF ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Faccinate the NAVAL ARGENTINA PREFECTURA to carry out the control of the payment of the toll rates in the Troncal Navigorable Way, between the kilometer 584 of the RIO PARANA, external section of access to the port of SANTA FE and the area of natural deep waters in the RIO DE LA PLAMILTA exterior, until the height of the kilometer 205,3 of the Canal PUNTA

Art. 2°-Please refer to the NAVAL ARGENTINA PREFECTATION to sign Conventions with the appropriate natural or legal persons, to establish the modalities and conditions for the enforcement of the control of payment of the toll charges referred to in Article 10 of this Decree.
