Say disused to the Barreminas A.R.A. "Chubut", A.R.A. "Land of Fire", A.R.A. "Neuquén", A R.A" "Black River", A.R.A. Warning. "Sanaviron", Trailer A.R.A.Huarpe" and Chat "E 6".

I am informed by the Lord JEFE of the General MAYOR STATE OF THE ARMED, and the proposal of the Lord MINISTER OF DEFENSA, and

CONSIDERING:

That the maintenance in service of the units of the ARMADA ARGENTINA: Barreminas A.R.A. -CHUBUT-, Barreminas A.R.A. - FUEGO's LAND, Barreminas A.R.A. -NEUQUEN-, Barreminas A.RA. -RIO NEGRO-, Notice A.R.A. -SANAVIRON-, Remolcador A.R.A. -HUARPE- and Chata -"E-6"- requires an economic and human effort superior to the operational results obtained from its use.

That, from the above point, they have exceeded the limit of their useful life. Consequently, it is convenient to declare them in disuse, radiate them from the service and dispose of their disposal or use as a naval target.

That funds from the sale of these units should be applied to the restructuring of the ARMADA FORCES according to the provisions of Law No.24.045.

That this measure is within the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 99, paragraph 12, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT

OF ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 - Say disuse. to the following units of ARMADA ARGENTINA:

Barreminas A.R.A. "CHUBUT"A.R.A. - Barreminas A.R.A. "Earth of the FUEGO", Barreminas A R.A. "NEUQUEN", Barreminas A.R.A. "RIO NEGRO". Notice A.R.A. -"SANAVIRON", Trailer A.R.A. "HUARPE" and Chata "E-6".

Art. 2°-Please refer to the General MAJOR STATE OF THE ARMED so that it proceeds to the sale, through the corresponding law procedure, after deferral of all those elements and materials that may be of use to the Naval Service.

Art. 3°-In the event that the authorised in the previous article cannot be specified, please refer to the General MAJOR STATE of the ARMED to proceed to use the material in disuse as a naval target.

Art. 4°-In the event of the sale of the goods specified in Article 1, the proceeds to which the disposal occurs shall be credited in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 24,045, with specific impact on the restructuring of the ARMED FORCES (THE MAYOR GENERAL OF THE ARMED).
