VISTO and CONSIDERING:

The position of Administrator General of the National Road Authority is vacant.

That, in order to ensure the normal functioning of the Agency, it is appropriate to appoint the new Administrator.

That the present is dictated in the use of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 7, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,
