VISTO Expediente No. 250.571/97 of the Register of General IMPOSITIVA DIRECTION dependent on the ECONOMY MlNISTERY AND PUBLIC SERVICES, and

CONSIDERING:

It manages a temporary measure of exception to the provisions of article 9th, second paragraph, of Decree No. 290 of 27 February 1995 on the impediment to the delivery of extraordinary services by staff whose monthly, normal, regular, regular and permanent gross retribution, excluding family assignments, exceeds the amount of SETECIENTOS CINCUENTA PESOS ($ 750).

That the Agency verifies a situation of an extraordinary nature, linked to the fulfilment of the operational tasks arising from the general maturity of the Taxes on Livestock and on Personal Property that will operate during the months of April and May 1997.

That the exposed will generate an additional volume of affidavit presentations to those that usually expire monthly and the consequent massive influx of public.

That in this regard and for the purpose of the best attention to the taxpayer public, extraordinary working hours have been set up in all the operational units of the IMPOSITIVA GENERAL DIRECTION under the MlNISTERIO DE ECONOMIA Y ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, for the purpose of evacuating consultations and attending to the reception of presentations and payments, with the consequent extension of the usual working day.

That the nature of the tasks to be performed, their volume and urgency, do not allow strict compliance with the provisions referred to in the first consideration of the present, having to affect their development to the appropriate agents to that end, without distinction of scale categories, or assigned remunerations.

That the additional hours should be properly correlated with their economic recognition, in order to the general provisions governing the employment relationship of the Agency ' s staff.

That the act that is signed shall not demand the authorization of any budgetary reinforcement for the current Exercise.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to issue this measure within the framework of the provisions contained in article 25 of Decree No. 290 of 27 February 1995.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Except for the IMPOSITIVE GENERAL DIRECTION under the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, of the limitations contained in the second paragraph of Article 9 of Decree No. 290 of 27 February 1995, for the period from 1 April to 30 May 1997, exclusively to enable the recognition of extraordinary services to the personnel concerned with the performance of the duties of operations.
