Explain the payment of import duties and other taxes of products originating and coming from the countries participating in GRAFIKA '97, International Exhibition of the Graphic and Related Industry.

VISTO Issue No. 061-001895/96 of the Register of MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, and

CONSIDERING:

That the firm GRAFIKA PRODUCTIONS S. R. L. - UNION TRANSITORIA DE EMPRESAS requests the exemption from the payment of the import right and other taxes that tax the import for the consumption of printed brochures, advertising material and elements of construction and decoration of stands, originating and coming from the countries participating in the event "GRAFIKA'97, EXPOSICION INTERNACIONAL DE LA INDUSTRIA GRAFICA y AFINES", to be held at the Predio Ferial de PALERMO of the City of BUEN

That the realization of this sample will enhance the technological, commercial and cultural exchange of our country with the other participating countries.

That the Permanent Legal Service of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWORKS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has taken due intervention, considering that the proposed measure is legally feasible.

That the present decree is issued in the use of the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER, by article 5 (s), of Law No. 20.545 incorporated by its similar maintained by article 4 of Law No. 22,792 in respect of the exemption of taxes that tax the import for consumption.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Exempt the payment of the import duty, of the added value tax, of the internal taxes, of fees for port services, statistics and proof of destination, that engrave the import for consumption of the printed brochures, advertising material and elements of construction and decoration of stands, originaries and from the countries participating in the event "GRAFIKA'97, EXPOSITION INTERNATIONAL OF THE GRAFICAN INDUSTRIA
