CONSIDERING:

That by the reference file the NATIONAL COMMISSION OF MUSEUMS AND DE MONUMENTS AND HISTORIC LUGARES, proposes the declaration as property property, according to the type specified in each case, of the properties described below; attentive to the fact that the same ones have been incorporated with that character, in the Property Registry by the aforementioned Commission, in accordance with the general census in progress,

That the old RESIDENCE OF GREGORIO LEZAMA and its park, today headquarters of the NATIONAL HISTORIC MUSEUM and PARQUE LEZAMA in the City of BUENOS AIRES, not only preserves the vestiges of the old rod of the RIO DE LA PLATA, but also the central details of its parchment of 1857, as well as those of the residence today adapted to its museum function.

Let the subway stations of the LINEA: PLAZA DE MAYO, PERU, PIEDRAS, LIMA, SAENZ PEÑA, CONGRESO, PASCO-ALBERTI and PLAZA DE MISERERE; from LINEA C: SAN JUAN, INDEPENDENCE, MORENO, AVENIDA DE MAYO. DIAGONAL NORTE, LAVALLE and SAN MARTIN; from LINEA D: CATEDRAL, 9 JULY, TRIBUNALES, FACULTAD DE MEDICINA, AGUERO, BULNES, SCALABRINI ORTIZ, PLAZA ITALIA and PALERMO and LINEA E: SAN JOSE, ENTRE RIOS, PICHINCHA

That the building called PALACIO BAROLO, the work of the architect Mario PALANTI, constitutes the monumental auction of the AVENIDA DE MAYO in the City of BUENOS AIRES, which allows different architectural readings especially the symbolic ones. He has witnessed remarkable events such as the live broadcast of the fight Luis FIRPO - Jack DEMPSEY and has hosted and hosts prestigious figures of culture, economic activity and the local forum.

That the building of the SUPERIOR NORMAL ESCUELA of the PROFESORADO N° 1 "PRESIDENTE ROQUE SAENZ PENA" in the City of BUENOS AIRES, was already declared national historical monument in partial form by Law No. 21.853 of August 4, 1978, it was necessary to extend the declaration to the west wing and the facade of the building, work of the architect Ernesto BUNGE, established in 1880 in the

That the PALACIO SAN MARTIN in the City of BUENOS AIRES, built in 1905 by the Belgian architect Alejandro CHRISTOPHERSEN, presents the peculiarity of meeting, with a unique exterior aspect, THRES (3) perfectly independent residences intertwined by the great courtyard of honor and the roundabout of the first floor. That the JARDIN ZOOLOGICO in the city of BUENOS AIRES, constitutes a unique walk in its type, which presents to the different species surrounded by the architectural styles of its places of origin, with a frame engraved by sculptures of Emilio CANOVAS, Emilio SARGUINET and LOLA MORA.

That the declaration as a national historical monument of the Chapel of INSTITUTO SATURNINO UNZUE, in the city of MAR DEL PLATA, Province of BUENOS AIRES, by Decree No. 325/89, must be extended in an integral way to the totality of the property, in accordance with its environment and in accordance with the guidelines established in the Charter of Venice and the current criteria of preservation.

That the OCAMPO VILLA in SAN ISIDRO, Province of BUENOS AIRES, was built by the father of the writer Victoria OCAMPO in 1890, the year of its birth. It served as a place of lodging of prestigious guests such as André MALRAUX, Indira GHANDI, Igor STRAVINSKY, Albert CAMUS, Graham OREEN, Roger CAILLOIS and LE CORBUSIER. and as a meeting place for the most prestigious intellectuals of the time, as a symbol of the linking our country to universal culture.

That the CASTILLO DEL PARQUE LURO, located on the National Route No. 35, km. 294 of the Department of TOAY, province of LA PAMPA, built in a private hunting ground between 1910 and 1911 with a net academic cut, is a faithful architectural exponent of the first forms of territorial occupation in national integration and the expansion of the internal borders, and today has also acquired the nature of reserve of the indigenous fauna, has preserved a natural landscape of quality and has been transformed into a center of tourist attraction of hierarchy.

That the remains of the HIDRAUUCO MOLINO, remains of the foundry kilns, walls, acequias, tunnels and all the pre-Hispanic elements that have been found on the ground that surrounds the national historical monument BOVEDA DE USPALLATA in the Province of MENDOZA, form a unique heritage group with what already declared as a national historical monument by Decree No. 30.835/45.

That the PALACIO ERRAZURIZ, today headquarters of the NACIONAL MUSEUM DECORATIVE ATE in the City of BUENOS AIRES, the work of the architect René SERGENT, constitutes the testimony of an era of splendor of the Argentine architecture, characterized by a historical eclecticism inspired by classicism and in French neoclassicism.

May the AVENIDA DE MAYO constitutes in the urban, architectural and cultural, a landmark of the development of the City of BUENOS AIRES, erecting itself in a living testimony of the spirit of progress that permeates the acts of the generation of the eighties, and one of the symbolic spaces of the greatest emotional burden of the country.

That the PLAZA del CONGRESO in the City of BUENOS AIRES, was conceived as an urban framework according to the importance and transcendence of the NATIONAL LEGISLATIVE PODER and necessary auction of the AVENIDA DE MAYO. It is home to important monumental and sculptural pieces and the historical evolution has constituted it as the headquarters of transcendent events and the resonance box of popular mobilizations.

That the CASA DE CARLOS GARDEL de la calle JEAN JAURES, in the City of BUENOS AIRES, is the house chosen by the singer for his residence, place of essays in the neighborhood that saw him perform his first works and from where he began his metheorical career of interpreting the singer criollo and creator of the tango song.

That the PARQUE CENTENARIO 9 DE JULIO, of the City of SAN MIGUEL DE TUCUMAN, Province of TUCUMAN, designed according to the English criterion of the XVIII and XIX century by the French architect and landscaper Carlos THAYS, was favored by the climate and nature of the province, becoming a valuable exponent of the indigenous and exotic flora, which constitutes a true environmental reserve and recreation city.

That the buildings that make up the complex of the MARIA BEHETY ESTANCIA (formerly "THE SECOND ARGENTINA"), located at DIECISIETE KILOMETROS (17 Km.) to the OESTE of the town of RIO GRANDE, Province of TIERRA DEL FUEGO, ANTARTIDA E ISLAS DEL ATLANTICO SUR, constitute a prototype of the architecture of the large use They are faithful testimony to the tenacity of man to overcome the natural difficulties to the point of generating one of the best huts of corrierdale breed of the world, whose production of pedigree animals forms the basis of the most important plantations of our country and of the FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF BRAZIL and of the REPUBLICS of CHILE, of PERU, of COLOMBIA, ORIENTAL OF URUGUAY

That the SOURCE OF THE NEREIDAS in the City of BUENOS AIRES, is the most significant sculptural work of LOLA MORA and that to its undeniable artistic values of its own, must unite the human transcendence that infuses the personality of its author, symbol in our country of equality between man and woman.

That the current state of fact regarding the site where the CASA DEL GENERAL ANTONIO GONZALEZ BALCARCE was located in the City of BUENOS AIRES, advises to modify the typology of national historical monument, assigned to it by Decree No. 120.412 of 21 May 1942, by that of national historical place.

In accordance with article 2 of Act No. 12,665, the NATIONAL COMMISSION ON MUSEUMS AND MONUMENTS AND HISTORIC LUGARES must coordinate their tasks and collaborate with the local authorities to conclude the necessary agreements for those purposes.

That the national historical monument should be assigned to "... a property of material existence, built or built, where they originated or carried out acts of historical, institutional or spiritual character, that by their transcendent consequences are valuable to the cultural identity of the Nation, or their unique architectural characteristics or of whole, constitute it in a valid reference for the history of art or architecture in Argentina..."

That the foundations described above also justify the qualification as a national historical place of the AVENIDA DE MAYO, in the City of BUENOS AIRES; of the PLAZAS OF THE CONGRESO, LOREA and MARIANO MORENO, in the City of BUENOS AIRES; of the CASA DE CARLOS GARDEL in the City of BUENOS AIRES and the PARQUE CENTENARIO

That the foundations set forth above also justify and in a finished way the qualification as well of national historical interest of the complex of the MARIA BEHETY ESTANCIA (formerly - THE SECOND ARGENTINA") in the Province of TIERRA del FUEGO, ANTARTIDA E ISLAS del ATLANTICO SUR; and as a good of national artistic historical interest of the -FUENTE DE LAS NEREIDAS.

That the foundations set forth above also justify and ultimately modify the qualification as a national historical monument by that of national historical place, of the CASA DEL GENERAL ANTONIO GONZALEZ BALCARCE in the City of BUENOS AIRES.

That this act is given in the use of the emerging powers of Law No. 12.665 (art. 4°).

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Delay national historical monument to the following properties:

(a) The former residence of Don Gregorio EZAMA, the current headquarters of the NACIONAL HISTORIC MUSEUM, located on DEFENSA 1652 Jatos Catastrales: Circumscription 3°, Section 8, Apple 73. Fraction B), leaving its environment understood in what was your particular garden. current PARQUE LEZAMA, defined by the streets DEFENSA, BRAZIL and the Avenidas MARTIN GARCIA and PASEO COLON (Data Catastrales: Circumscription 3°, Section 8. (b) The underground stations of the LINEA A: MAYOR PLACE. PERU, PIEDRAS, LIMA, SAENZ PENA, CONGRESS. PASCO - ALBERTI and PLAZA DE MISERERERE; and the following stations including the murals and other ornamental elements of the time that constitute a whole homogeneous with the environment of LINEA C: SAN JUAN, INDEPENDENCIA, MORENO, AVENIDA DE MAYO. DIAGONAL NORTE, LAVALLE y SAN MARTIN: de la LINEA D: CATEDRAL, 9 DE JUL10, TRIBUNALES, FACULTAD DE MEDICINA, AGUERO, BULNES, SCALABRINI ORTIZ, PLAZA ITALIA y PALERMO y de la LINEA E: SAN JOSE, ENTRE RIOS, PICHINCHA. JUJUY, URQUIZA and BOEDO.

(c) The building called PALACIO BAROLO located on Avenida de MAYO 1366/70/80 and/or Hipólito YRIGOYEN 1363/73/83 (Datos Catastrales: Circumscription 13, Section 12, Apple 39, Plot 4), of the City of BUENOS AIRES.

(d) The sector corresponding to the FACHADA PRINCIPAL on Avenida CORDOBA from the entrance hall to AYACUCHO Street: and the ALA OESTE on this same artery to PARAGUAY Street, from the NORMAL ESCEL SUPERIOR DE PROFESORADO N° I -PRESIDENTE ROQUE SAENZ PENA-, under the GORESBERNO OF THE BUY Avenue.

(f) The landscape-environmental and atheistic complex - ornamental made up of the JARDIN ZOOLOGICO, located between the avenues GENERAL JUAN GREGORIO LAS HERAS, SARMIENTO, DEL LIBERTADOR GENERAL SAN MARTIN and the street REPUBLICA DE LA INDIA, (Datos Catastrales: Circumscription 18, Section 21, Apple 51), of the City of BUENOS AIRES.

(g) The property of the INSTITUTO SATURNINO ENRIQUE UNZUE with all its annexes, park, sculpture of San Francisco and the Wolf, cave and reproduction on the scale of the Chapel of Porciuncula, located on JUJUY street N° 77 of the City of MAR DEL PLATA, PUEYRREDON . Province of BUENOS AIRES (Datos Catastrales: Circumscription VI, Section B, Apple 182 A-B).

(h) The residence of Victoria OCAMPO, known as -VILLA OCAMPO- located in ElORTONDO Street No. 1811/37 in the town of SAN ISIDRO, SAN ISIDRO Party, Province of BUENOS AIRES, (Data Catastrales: Circus VIII, Section A, Fraction VIII, Parcela lb, Area III, Sector 3).

(i) The so-called CASTILLO DEL PARQUE LURO, located on National Route No. 35, km 294 of the Department of TOAY, Province of LA PAMPA, determining an area of Passiastic Protection of SIETE MIL QUINIENTAS HECTAREAS (7500 ha) that includes the Park with its species of flora and fauna.

(j) The remains of the HIDRAULICO MOLINE, remains of the foundry furnaces, walls, acequias, tunnel and all the pre-Hispanic elements that have been found on the ground that surrounds the national historical monument USPALLATA vaults in the Province of MENDOZA, covering the NOROESTE wall, its projection to the SUDOESTE until TREINTA METROS (30 m). From there to NOVENTA GRADOS (90°) towards SUDESTE with a length of OCHENTA METROS (80 m). From there to NOVENTA GRADOS (90°) towards NOROESTE to the riverbed. Through the stream channel to the intersection with the projection of the NORESTE wall.

Art. 2o-The building known as the "PALACIO ERRAZURIZ", the headquarters of the NATIONAL MUSEUM DECORATIVE ARTE, the NATIONAL ACADEMY OF BELLAS ARTES and the ARGENTINA ACADEMY DE LETRAS, located on Avenida del LIBERTADOR CENERAL SAN MARTIN 1902, corner street PEREYRA LUCENA 2674 and street corner SANCHEZ DE BUSTAMANTE 2663, from the City of BUENOS AIRES, (Data Catastrales: Circunscription 19, Section 15, Apple 74, plots 1 and 2 "a").

Art. 3°-National historical site should be described as follows:

(a) The AVENIDA DE MAYO, from the City of BUENOS AIRES (Data Catastrales: Section 12, Apples numbers 31, 30, 40, 39, 49, 48, 58, 57, 78 and 77 and Section 2: Apples numbers 9, 8, 18, 17, 27, 26. 36 and 35).

(b) The PLAZA del CONGRESO, the PLAZA LOREA and its immediate environment and the MARIANO MORENO PLAZA of the City of BUENOS AIRES (Data Catastrales: Circumscription 13, Section 12, Apples 8a, 8b, 8c and 8d).

(c) The house that belonged to Mr. Carlos GARDEL, located on JEAN JAURES street (formerly Doctor Norberto QUIRNO COSTA) No. 735, between TUCUMAN and LAVALLE street of the City of BUENOS AIRES (Data Catastrales: Circumscription 9, Section 13, Apple 82, Plot 13).

(d) The PARQUE CENTENARIO 9 DE JULIO, located between the Avenues GOVERNOR DEL CAMPO (NORTE), CORONEL SUAREZ (ESTE), BENJAMIN ARAOZ (SUR) and DE LOS PROCERES (OESTE), in the City of SAN MIGUEL DE TUCUMAN, province of TUCUMAN.

Art. 4°-Determine well of national historical interest to the buildings that make up the complex of the hull of the MARIA ESTANCIA BEHETY (formerly "THE SECOND ARGENTINA") located at DIECISIETE (17) KILOMETROS al OESTE de la Ciudad de RIO GRANDE, Provincia de TIERRA del FUEGO, ANTARTIDA E ISLAS del ATLANTICO SUR.

Art. 5o -Please tell the "FUENTE DE LAS NEREIDAS" in the historical national interest, located on Avenida Tristan ACHAVAL RODRIGUEZ opposite the motorway, between 1st Avenue BRAZIL and street without official name of the City of BUENOS AIRES (Data Catastrales: Circumscription 21, Section 98, Manzana 86).

Art. 6°-Modify the qualification of "national historical monument" agreed by Decree No. 120.412 of May 21, 1942, by that of national historical place to the plot that occupied the house of General Antonio GONZALEZ BALCARCE on BALCARCE street 151 -61 and 63 of the City of BUENOS AIRES (Datas Catastrales: Circumscription 13, Section 2, Apple 53).

Art. 7o-The registration of the above-mentioned goods carried out by the NATIONAL COMMISSION ON MUSEUMS AND MONUMENTS AND HISTORIC LUGARES in the NATIONAL REGISTRATION OF HISTORIC AND HISTORIC AND HISTORIC BIENES is definitive.

Art. 8°-The NATIONAL COMMISSION ON MUSEOS AND MONUMENTS AND HISTORIC PLACES will agree with the relevant authorities of each province the terms and scope of cooperation to provide to the local authorities for the purpose of the best preservation, rehabilitation, preservation and maintenance of the goods subject to this decree.

Art. 9°-NATIONAL COMMISSION OF MUSEUMS AND MONUMENTS AND LUGARES HISTORICOS shall carry out the procedures and procedures set out in articles 3, 4 and 6 of the Act No. 12,665, as amended by Law No. 24,252; Articles 1 and 2 of Decree No. 9830/51; and Articles 8 (modified by Decree No. 144,643/43), 9th, 10 and 11 of its Regulation Decree No. 8,41
