It ends the call of an official to the Active Permanent Body.

VISTO Decree No. 952 of 21 December 1995 and

CONSIDERING:

That by the decree the Permanent Active Body of the Foreign Service of the Nation was called to the official of the category "C" Minister Plenipotentiary of second class D. Mario Aníbal VERNENGO.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to dispose in the matter in accordance with the powers conferred by article 21, subparagraph (s) of Act No. 20.957 and article 99, paragraph 7 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-It ends the call to the Active Permanent Body of the Foreign Service of the Nation of the official of the category "C" Minister Plenipotentiary of second class D. Mario Aníbal VERNENGO (M.I. No. 4.081.838), provided by Decree No. 952/95.
