VISTO the visit made to the country by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the SWIT CONFEDERATION, D. Flavio COTTI and comitiva, between 21 and 24 April 1997, which was recommended by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO, and

CONSIDERING:

That the declaration of Official Guests falls within the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-The treatment of Official Hosts of the Argentine Government agreed to the Vice-President of the Federal Council and Minister for Foreign Affairs of the SWIT CONFEDERATION, D. Flavio COTTI and comitiva, during his stay in the Republic, between 21 and 24 April 1997.

Art. 2°-Expenditures arising from the implementation of this Decree shall be charged to the specific provisions of the current budget for jurisdiction 35 - MINISTERY OF FOREIGN RELATIONS, INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND CULTO.
