VISTO the resignation presented by Don Ricardo Horacio RE to the position of Interventor in the CORPORATION OF THE CENTRAL MERCATE OF BUENOS AIRES, and

CONSIDERING:

It is appropriate to accept the resignation in question.

That the present is given in the use of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 7, of the National Constitution.
