VISTO the visit to the country from 24 to 26 March 1997 by the President of the TUNECINA REPUBLIC, D. Zine El Abidine BEN ALI and comitiva, as recommended by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND CULTO, and

CONSIDERING:

That the declaration of Official Guests falls within the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-The treatment of Official Hosts of the Argentine Government agreed to the President of the REPUBLIC TUNECINA, D. Zine El Abidine BEN ALI and curative during his stay in the Republic, from 24 to 26 March 1997.

Art. 2°-Expenditures arising from the implementation of this Decree shall be charged to the specific provisions of the current budget for jurisdiction 35- MlNISTERIO DE RELATIONS EXTERIORES, INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND CULTO.
