Decree 452/97

The "transition" of military personnel to the Zone of the Mission of Military Observers Ecuador - Peru (MOMEP) was approved.

I am informed by the MAYOR STATE OF ARMED FORCES, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That for reasons of service it was appropriate to re-lead military personnel who were serving in the ECUADOR-Mission Area PERU (MOMEP).

That the expenses incurred by this commission were solved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.

That the proposed measure is in use of the emerging powers of Article 99, paragraph 12 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Convalidate the "transitory" commission displacement of Lieutenant Colonel D. Aníbal Gilberto FONSECA (DNI 11.800.323), of the Captain of Fragata D. Carlos José ANZOATEGUI (DNI 10.608.024) and Vice-commodore D. Miguel Angel RABIOLO (DNI. 11.086.025), to the Area of the Mission of Military Observers ECUADOR - PERU (MOMEP), in order to act as Military Observers, beginning on 3 August 1996 and for the term of NOVENTA (90) days.

Art. 2°-Convalidate the transitory commission of Colonel D. Raúl Antonio SEVILLANO (DNI 7.792.801), to the Zone of the ECUADOR-PERU Military Observer Mission (MOMEP), to serve as Operations Officer at the headquarters of the aforementioned Mission, beginning on 17 August 1996 and the term NOVENTA (90) days.

Art. 3°-Convalidate the "transitory" commission displacement of Sergeant Jorge Eduardo Luján FERRER (DNI 16.804.020) to the Zone of the Mission of Military Observers ECUADOR - PERU (MOMEP), from 17 August 1996 and by the term NOVENTA (90) days.

Art. 4o-The expenses required by the commission were met with the items allocated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO a la Jurisdicción 4524 - MAJOR STATE OF ARMED FORCES.

Art. 5°-Communicate, publish, give to the NATIONAL DIRECTION OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION and archvese. - MENEM. - Jorge Dominguez.-Guido Di Tella.
