Designation of the staff member to be held in the internship of the State Department.

VISTO and CONSIDERING:

That the Minister of the Interior will visit the Republic of Paraguay on 30 May this year.

It is therefore necessary to appoint the staff member who will be responsible for the office of the Ministry of the Interior for the duration of the absence of his or her holder.

That the present measure is in use of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 7, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Mr. Minister of Justice, Dr. Elias JASSAN, to take charge of the office of the Ministry of the Interior, while the absence of the incumbent.
