Cease and appointment of Special Instruction Judge of the Navy.

VISTO is informed by the Chief of the General Staff of the Navy, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That the appointment of a Special Instruction Judge in the Argentine Navy is necessary, in view of the request for a functional cessation that for the exercise of such a charge may be made by Mr. Rear Admiral (R. Art. 62) Dn. David Rogelio Horacio DE LA RIVA (M.1. 5.280.500).

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER is empowered to issue the appropriate measure in order to the powers conferred by Articles 83 of the Code of Military Justice, 28 and 38 of the Regulations of the Military Justice for the Armed Forces Ordered by Decree 8785/67 - ordained text.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

DECRETA

Article 1Resigned on 1 January 1997 as Special Instruction Judge of the Navy, Mr. Rear Admiral (R. 62) Dn. David Rogelio Horacio DE LA RIVA (M. I. 5,280,500), appointed by Decree No. 2541 of 29 September 1983.

Art. 2°-He shall be appointed as Special Instruction Judge of the Navy, beginning on 1 January 1997, and in replacement of Mr. Admiral (R. Art. 62) Dn. David Rogelio Horacio DE LA RIVA (M.I. 5,280,500) to Mr. Vice Admiral (R. Art. 62) Dn. Carlos Luis ALFONSO (M. I. 5.166.498), who shall provide the Juramento which establishes Article 88 of the Code of Military Justice, before the Chief of the General Staff of the Navy.
