VISTO File No. 020-01-000387/95, of the registration of FEDERAL ARGENTINA POLICY, and

CONSIDERING:

May the Chief of FEDERAL POLICY ARGENTINA, request that the appointment of SUBINSPECTOR - PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT be ceased - ESCALAFON SANIDAD- en la Especialidad MEDICO PSIQUIATRA, D. Ariel Esteban BENNETT, oportunamente designated by Decree No. 1441 of 11 December 1996.

At the time of notification of its designation, the appointment is not made for personal reasons.

In due course, the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior took action.

That by virtue of the powers delegated by article 99 (1) of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION, it is incumbent upon the present act.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Reveal the appointment "Alta en Comision", with an exception, in the FEDERAL ARGENTINA POLICY, in the degree of SUBINSPECTOR-AGRUPAMIENT PROFESIONAL - ESCALAFON SANIDAD-in the MEDICO PSIQUIATRA Speciality of Doctor D. Ariel Esteban BENNETT (M.I. No. 17.686.352) provided by Decree 1441 of 11 December 1996.
