VISTO is informed by the Chief of Staff of the Air Force, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That the Comodoro (R) D. Antonio Francisco RIZZO CORALLO - M. I. No. 6,492,741, was appointed by Decree No. 1494 of 14 July 1993, from 1 January 1993 to 31 December 1997, as Director of the FINANCIAL HEALTH INSTITUTE FOR THE PAYMENT OF MILITARY RETIRES AND PENSIONS.

That the period to be served is CUATRO (4) years according to Law No. 22.919 of 16 November 1983.

To that end, it is necessary to regularize the above-mentioned period by establishing on 31 December 1996 as the date of completion of the mandate of the above-mentioned Senior Officer, and therefore to appoint his replacement.

It is also necessary to pay for that position.

That the proposed act fits into the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER, by Article 99, paragraph 12, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Replace Article 1 of Decree No. 1494 of 14 July 1993, which shall read as follows:

"ARTICULO 1-Dase as Director of the FINANCIAL HEALTH INSTITUTE FOR THE PAYMENT OF MILITARY RETIRES AND PENSIONS, for the period of Law that began on 1 January 1993, and expires on 31 December 1996 to the Comodoro (R) D. Antonio Francisco RIZZO CORALLO (M. l. n° 6.492.741)".

Art. 2°-Be appointed Director of the FINANCIAL HEALTH INSTITUTE FOR THE PAYMENT OF MILITARY RETIRES AND PENSIONS, for the period of Law that begins on 1 January 1997 and expires on 31 December 2000 to the Comodoro (R) D. Jorge Eduardo RICCARDINI (M.I. No. 6.513.730).
