VISTO is informed by the Chief of General Staff of the Army, as proposed by the Minister of Defence, and

CONSIDERING:

That it was necessary to take a look at the situation of "Availability" of a certain Senior Officer in the Army Force.

It is up to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER under article 99, paragraph 12, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION, to dictate the measure in question.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Let it be established that Mr. General of Brigade D. Carlos Roberto MATALON (MI 4.396.284) reviewed, starting on 31 December 1996, in the "Availability" situation provided for in article 38, paragraph 2 (a) of Law No. 19.101- Law for Military Personnel, who will review in JEFATURA I - PERSONAL for the sole purpose of the perception of their assets.
