I look at file No. 120,352/96 of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE registry of AGROPULARY TECHNOLOGY, Autonomous entity of the SECRETARIAT of AGRICULTURA, GANADERIA, PESCA and ALIMENTATION of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND PUBLIC SERVICES, and

CONSIDERING:

That Decree No. 1076 of 24 May 1993 appointed the engineer Agrónomo D. Ernesto Emilio GIRARDI Vocal of the Board of Directors of the agency mentioned, for a period of Law, representing the INTERCOPERATIVA AGROPECUARIA COOPERATIVA LIMITADA (CONINAGRO).

That Decree No. 1078 of 24 May 1993 appoints Mr. Bruno QUINTANA Vocal of the Board of Directors of the said institution, for a period of Law, representing the RURAL ARGENTINA SOCIEDAD (SRA).

That the respective mandates expired on 23 May 1997.

That the background of the Agricultural Engineer D. Ernesto Emilio GIRARDI and Mr.D. Bruno QUINTANA give them special powers for the development of the functions referred to, which is why their redesignations are encouraged from the date of expiration of their mandates.

That the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has taken the intervention that belongs to him.

That the present is given in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7 of the National Constitution and article 6 of Decree-Law No. 21.680/56 and its amendments.

Therefore,
