VISTO Decree No. 1455 of 12 December 1,996,

CONSIDERING:

That by the decree quoted, the organizational structure of the SECRETARY for SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT of the NATIONAL PRESIDENCE was approved.

That the precited rule also approved the staff payroll to transfer from that agency to different areas of the National Civil Service.

On that occasion, it was omitted to foresee the situation of Dr. Julio Enrique Angel APARTMENT (D.N.I. N° 4.299.546) Agent Level A Grade 5 of the Permanent Plant of the Secretariat, however, having provided conformity of the areas involved to this measure.

That he has taken the intervention of the UNITY OF REFORM AND MODERNIZATION OF THE STATE.

That the present is given in the exercise of the emerging powers of article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1-Requires Decree No. 1455/96, including the transfer to the MINISTERY of JUSTICE of the agent mentioned in the considerations of the measure, to which it is incorporated, with its respective position and scale level.

Art. 2°-Within the TREINTA (30 days), from the date of the present, the corresponding budgetary changes should be made in the respective jurisdictions.
