Protract the deadline set out in article 4 of Decree No. 494/97.

VISTO Issue No. 001-002731/97 of the registration of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES and Decree No. 494 of 30 May 1997 and

CONSIDERING:

That Article 4 of Decree No. 494/97 provides that provincial governments may submit until 30 June 1997, including projects that they consider of provincial interest for the purposes of granting benefits in the terms of the last paragraph of Article 36 of Law No. 24.764.

That by the file cited in the Visto, the Government of the Province of Jujuy has requested the extension of that period.

In addition, the fact that there is concern in other provinces in the absence of the deadline in question, it is advisable to access the extension.

That the General Directorate of Humanitarian Affairs of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has taken the intervention that belongs to him.

That the present is given in the use of the powers granted by article 99, paragraph 2, of the National Constitution.

Therefore,
