Proprove the mandate of a Vocal of the Board of Directors.

VISTO Issue No. 762 073/97 of the Register of the NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE INDUSTRIAL decentralized organism dependent on SECRETARIAT OF TRADE INDUSTRIA AND MINERIA of the MlNISTERIO DE ECONOMIA AND ARTS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, and

CONSIDERING:

That Decree No. 467 of 18 March 1993 appointed Dr. Julio Alberto LUNA, Vocal of the Board of Directors of the NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE INDUSTRIAL decentralised organism dependent on the ex-SECRETARIAN OF INDUSTRIA AND TRADE of the MlNISTERIO DE ECONOMIA AND ARTS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, for a period of Law.

That Article 3 of Decree-Law No. 17.138/57, ratified by Act No. 14.467, establishing the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY, provides that the duration of the Vocal Law period of the Board is CUATRO (4) years.

That, therefore, the mandate of Dr. Julio Alberto LUNA, which began on 18 March 1993, expired on 17 March 1997.

That Dr. Julio Alberto LUNA was appointed on behalf of the then SECRETARIAT OF INDUSTRIA AND TRADE, today SECRETARIAT OF INDUSTRIA, TRADE AND MlNERIA.

That the Secretariat understands it appropriate to extend, for another period of Law, and from 18 March 1997, the appointment of Dr. Julio Alberto LUNA as a Vocal of the Board of Directors of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY.

That the background and performance of Dr. Julio Alberto LUNA, especially enable him to continue the task entrusted.

That the Permanent Legal Service of the ECONOMY MLNISTERY AND ARTWORKS AND SERVICES PUBLICOS has taken the intervention that belongs to him.

That the present act is determined in accordance with Article 3 of Decree Law No. 17.138/57 ratified by Law No. 14.467.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1The mandate of Dr. Julio Alberto LUNA (L.E. No. 8.636.085) is extended as the Executive Board of the NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE INDUSTRIAL, a decentralised body, dependent on the SECRETARIAN OF INDUSTRIA, TRADE AND MINERIA of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, representing the aforementioned Secretariat, for a period of law, from March 18, 1997.
