VISTO the proposal presented by the President of the BANCO CENTRAL OF THE ARGENTINA REPUBLIC, and

CONSIDERING:

Attentive to the vacancy in the position of Deputy Superintendent of Financial Institutions and Changes as a result of the appointment of Dr. Miguel Angel ORTIZ as Superintendent of Financial Institutions and Changes of the ARGENTIN REPUBLIC BANCO, it is necessary to provide the designation of its replacement to exercise that position.

That in accordance with Article 45 of the Organic Charter of the aforementioned Institution, approved by Law No. 24.144, it is the authority of the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to proceed with the designation of the Deputy Superintendent of Financial Institutions and Changes of the said agency.

Therefore,

Article 1A Deputy Superintendent of Financial Institutions and Changes of the BANCO CENTRAL OF THE ARGENTINA REPUBLIC to the Bachelor of Dr. Javier Alberto BOLZICO (D.N.I. No. 20,274,058).
