Designate Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in the Republic of Yemen.

VISTO Decree No. 927 of 8 August 1996, appointing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic to the KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA, Luis Domingo MENDIOLA; and

CONSIDERING:

That the Government of the REPUBLIC OF THE YEMEN granted the placet of style for his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic to that country.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to dispose of the matter in accordance with the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic at the REPUBLIC OF THE YEMEN, to Mr. Luis Domingo MENDIOLA, without prejudice to his current functions as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic in the KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA.

Art. 2o-The costs required to comply with this Decree are charged to the respective budget lines of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
