That Mr. Juan Pedro CORTELEZZI has presented his resignation from the position of JUEZ DE LA CAMARA NATIONAL DE APELATIONS IN THE FEDERAL AND CORRECCIONAL OF THE FEDERAL CAPITAL, SALA I.

That it is necessary to proceed to their acceptance.
