VISTO the next arrival to the country of Mr. Prime Minister of the Republic of PORTUGAL, Ing. D. Antonio GUTERRES, madame and comitiva, from 20 to 22 July 1997, advised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERACIONAL TRADE AND CULTO, and

CONSIDERING:

That the declaration of Official Guests falls within the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1 Argentinian Government Official Hosts Mr. Prime Minister of the Republic of PORTUGAL, Ing. D. Antonio GUTERRES, ma'am and comitiva while staying in the Republic, from 20 to 22 July 1997.

Art. 2o- Appropriate from the budget for jurisdiction 35- INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO- for the exercise of 1997, the expenses derived from this Decree.
