VISTO the visit made to the country by Mr. President of the REPUBLIC OF FINLAND, Mr. Martti AHTISAARI and Mrs and Comitiva, between 2 and 5 March 1997, as recommended by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO, and

CONSIDERING:

That the declaration of Official Guests falls within the powers conferred on the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER by article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

That's why.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

DECRETA

Article 1The treatment of Official Hosts of the Argentine Government was approved by Mr. President of the REPUBLIC OF FINLAND, Mr. Martti AHTISAARI and Mrs and Comitiva during their stay in the Republic, between 2 and 5 March 1997.

Art. 2o-The expenses arising from the completion of this Decree shall be charged to the specific provisions of the current budget for jurisdiction 35 - MINISTERY OF EXTERIORS, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
