Transfer an official to the Embassy in the Republic of El Salvador, with the rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

VISTO proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE And CULTO, the provisions of article 8 of Act No. 20,957; and

CONSIDERING:

That by virtue of the provisions of the above-mentioned article, officials of the categories "B" and "C" of the Foreign Service of the Nation may be temporarily accredited as Heads of Mission with rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, when reasons of service so advise.

That in due course the Government of the REPUBLIC OF THE SALVADOR granted the places of style to D. Jorge Telésforo PEREIRA, for his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic in that country.

That the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE POWER is empowered to dispose of the matter, in accordance with the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE NACTON ARGENTINA

RIGHT:

Article 1Transfer from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade And CULTO a la Embajada de la República en la REPUBLICA DE EL SALVADOR, al funcionarios de la categoría "B", Ministro Plenipotenciario de primera clase D. Jorge Telésforo PEREIRA (M.I. No. 4.543.972).

Art. 2o-Accede to the staff member mentioned in the previous article, while the mission is entrusted, with the rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

Art. 3o-Expenditures for compliance with this Decree shall be charged to the specific provisions of the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, INTERNATIONAL TRADE and CULTO.
