VISTO is established by Decree-Law No. 16,629 of 17 December 1957, ratified by Law No. 14,467, establishing the "Major Order" and
CONSIDERING:
That the Order's Council has agreed to the proposal to decorate Mr. Naval Attached to the Embassy of the United States of AMERICA in the Republic, Captain of Ship D. Gordon Grant STEWART, who has become a creditor to the honor and recognition of the Nation.
It is up to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to issue the supplementary approval measure provided for in article 6 of Decree-Law No. 16,629 of 17 December 1957, ratified by Act No. 14.467.
Therefore,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
RIGHT:
Article 1The Act of the Council of the "Morning Order" is signed on March 13, 1997, by which the decoration of the "Morning MERITO NAVAL" is agreed, in the degree of COMENDADOR, to Mr. Agregado Naval to the Embassy of the States of AMERICA in the Republic, Captain of Ship D. Gordon Grant STEWART.
Art. 2o-Exempt the corresponding diploma, in accordance with article 19 of the Regulations of the "March Order" adopted by Decree No. 16,644 of 18 December 1957.
