VISTO Administrative Summary No. 16 "C"/986 (Expediente S-2806/86 "C" in DOS (2) Corps) of the registry of the Communications Service of the NAVAL ARGENTINA PREFECTURA, and

CONSIDERING:

That the precedents and elements of Judgment gathered in the above-mentioned Administrative Summary strongly credit the serious disciplinary fault committed by the Sub-Prefect (General Body, Escalafon General) D. Elpidio Eleodoro SORIA, whose modality of commission and transcendence makes the police state of affairs meaningless.

That in judicial headquarters the so-called Sub-Alternate Officer was sentenced to the penalty of CINCO (5) years and SEIS (6) months of imprisonment, legal accessory and cost, for being found co-author criminally responsible for the crime of theft qualified for the use of weapons.

That the conduct of the offender motivates the application of the provisions contained in article 71, subparagraph (e), in accordance with article 63, paragraph 18, of Act No. 18,398, as amended by the like Nros. 20,325 and 23,028, and articles 50205, subparagraph (a), 50301, subparagraph (b) and 50307 of the Staff Rules (Decree No. 6,242/71), for having infringed the provisions of article 50206, subparagraph (a), paragraph 32, aggravated by article 50204 in accordance with article 50405, subparagraph (b), paragraph 1 of the aforementioned Rules.

That the present is given in the use of the powers conferred by article 65 of Act No. 18,398 and its amendments.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA DECRETA NATION:

Article 1 - Departure by exoneration, from the date of this decree, to the Subprefect of NAVAL ARGENTINA PREFECTURE (General Body, Scalephon General), D. Elpidio Eleodoro SORIA (M.I. 10.557.161).
