VISTO the displacement to be made by the Minister of Economy and Public Works and Services, Doctor Dn. Roque Benjamín FERNANDEZ, to the city of Washington - UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, from August 15, 1997 and

CONSIDERING:

That it is necessary to adopt the corresponding precautions in order to ensure the normal fulfillment of the responsibilities of the MINISTERY OF ECONOMY AND ARTWS AND PUBLIC SERVICES, while the holder is absent.

That the present is dictated in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION
