Approved an Act by which a decoration is agreed upon to the Advocate of the French Republic.

VISTO is established by Decree-Law No. 16,629 of 17 December 1957, ratified by Law No. 14,467, which creates the "Major Order", and

CONSIDERING:

That the Order Council has agreed to the proposal to decorate Mr. Attachado de Defensa de la REPUBLICA FRANCESA in the Republic, Colonel D, Remy Henry Andre MELINE, who has become a creditor to the honor and recognition of the Nation.

It is up to the NATIONAL EXECUTIVE PODER to issue the supplementary approval measure provided for in article 6 of Decree-Law No. 16,629 of 17 December 1957, ratified by Act No. 14.467.

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1Approve the Act of the Council of the "Morning Order", signed on November 27, 1996, by which the decoration of the "Morning MERITO AERONAUTICO" is remembered in the degree of COMENDADOR to the Aggregate of Defense of the FRANCE REPUBLIC in the Republic, D. Remy Henry Andre MELINE.

Art. 2o-Exempt the corresponding diploma, in accordance with article 19 of the Regulations of the "March Order" adopted by Decree No. 16,644 of 18 December 1957.
