VISTO the displacement to be carried out by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship, Engineer D. Guido José Mario Dl TELLA to the city of Washington-ESTADOS UNIDO de AMERICA, between 14 and 16 August 1997 and

CONSIDERING:

That the present is given by virtue of the powers granted by article 99, paragraph 1, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,
