VISTO Decree No. 761 of 11 August 1997 and

CONSIDERING:

That article 1 of the above-mentioned Decree transforms, within the scope of the Ministry of Justice, the SECRETARIAT OF LEGISLATIVE MATTERS into SECRETARIAT OF TECHNICAL AND LEGISLATIVE MATTERS.

That, therefore, it is necessary to make the appointment of the current LEGISLATIVE BOARD SECRETARY-GENERAL as a TECHNICAL AND LEGISLATIVE MATTERS.

That the present is given in the use of the powers conferred by article 99, paragraph 7, of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION.

Therefore,
