VISTO the resignation submitted by the Chief of the Joint Staff, as provided for in article 99, paragraphs 12 and 14 of the NATIONAL CONSTITUTION and Act No. 19.101,

Therefore,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE ARGENTINA NATION

RIGHT:

Article 1As Chief of the Joint Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, Mr. Admiral D. Jorge ENRICO (M. I. No. 4.299.334).

Art. 2o-Dispose the effective withdrawal of the Senior Officer mentioned in the preceding article.
